1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All original components (box, seal, accessories) must be included.
Note: Opened, tested, sprayed, or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and authenticity regulations.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
- Sale or clearance items
- Wrong selection made by customer
3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Email us within 48 hours at: info@urbanapexlondon.com
- Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the process.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.
- You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the product was delivered damaged or incorrect. We do not exchange items based on preference or change of mind.
6. Return Shipping
- If the issue is our error, we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer must cover shipping.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once processing or shipping begins, the order cannot be canceled.
